feat: add agent-skills JSON to homepage for free trial provisioning

- includes spin_up_free_trial skill with MCP server reference
- defines six server locations (Manchester, Sydney, Mumbai, São Paulo, Meppel, Boston)
- provides workflow steps and clear instructions for conversational agents
