Subject: [PATCH] a11y(landing): lift the 'not supported' / flag chips above
 the 11px legibility floor

The cmp-not-us and cmp-flag pills rendered at 0.62rem (9.92px), below the
11px floor for functional text. 0.69rem = 11.04px. Detector finding cleared.
