feat(landing): add Odoo Hosting 2027 comparison page

New page odoo-hosting-2027.html (feature + lifetime-cost comparison tables,
Odoo Online exclusion, Enterprise growth path, JSON-LD). Links it from the
homepage pricing CTA, adds it to sitemap.xml, adds llms.txt for AI-SEO.

+- Odoo Community has no per-user licence. Odoo Enterprise, if the customer brings their own
+  licence, is licensed per user by Odoo S.A.

+
+- Odoo Online (Odoo's SaaS). It runs Odoo's standard apps only and is incompatible with custom
+  modules, so it is not a fit for our managed Community model.
