fix(freelancer-directory): apply-form focus sliders default to 3 (15 of 15 on load)
The application form's five focus sliders now open at 3 each — exactly the 15-point budget — so the form starts from a legal profile and the applicant adjusts, rather than building up from zero. The scale copy now states the rule the default teaches: raising one axis forces lowering another. The noscript fallback number inputs default to 3 as well. Gate unchanged: submit is still blocked unless the five sum to exactly 15; the default satisfies it on load, it does not skip it. The admin form is deliberately NOT changed: it keeps loading the record's real values (populate()), and 0 for a brand-new record — an operator editing only a description must not silently write a 3/3/3/3/3 profile. Its "leave all five at 0 to leave the profile untouched" escape is intact.
