One word for one action: the application form submit button is 'Sign up'

The last differing phrasing for the signup action: the apply form's submit
button read 'Apply to be listed'. Label only - type, classes, submit handling
and data-* attributes unchanged; no aria-label so the accessible name agrees.
Its modal already opens from a 'Sign up' trigger under a '... Sign up' title.
